GeoAMPS Expands Headquarters Staff
A technology company specializing in
software solutions to manage land rights and
infrastructure assets, geoAMPS announced
that Anthony Paletta has joined the company
as Product Support Specialist. In this role, he
will assist the company’s growing customer
base in adapting to their extensive product
capabilities. Anthony previously worked as
Project Manager at SecureState in Cleveland,
where he managed project plan layout, scheduling, budgets and
client communication. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio.

International Governing Council Meets to Advance
Strategic Plan
In February, IRWA’s International Governing Council (IGC)
met to review key initiatives and ongoing programs for the
fiscal year. The meeting focused on IRWA’s four core objectives-increasing the value of membership, enhancing the impact of
IRWA education and credentials, expanding IRWA’s reach through
external marketing and strengthening the infrastructure of the
Association.
The IGC is comprised of IRWA’s 10 Region Chairs, the
International Service Committee Chairs, the International
Executive Committee and IRWA Headquarters Senior Staff. It
meets three times annually to discuss the Association’s budget,
task force updates, education/certification plan recommendations,
chapter incentives, bylaws and other Association business.
At the February IGC meeting, Pat Thayer, SR/WA reported on Region Vice
Chairs Roles and Responsibilities Task Force efforts.

Scott Dickinson, SR/WA Joins Epic Land Solutions
Epic Land Solutions announced that Scott
Dickinson, SR/WA has joined its team.
Scott’s experience in the right of way
industry encompasses nearly two decades
of project management in the private and
public sectors, including experience as an
Acquisition Manager for the County of Santa
Barbara. He has expertise in property title,
acquisition, property management and utility
relocation. He is also well-versed in Uniform Act and Caltrans
regulations and has a deep understanding of the regulatory
procedures and requirements that govern the industry.
As Epic’s point person in the Central Coast region, Scott’s strong
reputation will open doors and strengthen the firm’s ability to
better understand the needs of the local region and ultimately
provide its local agencies and utilities with a permanent and
reliable option.
